Fringe is a hot trend for Spring 2010, but only in a sleek and smooth form. You don't want the fringe to overwhelm you; rather it should add depth and dimension to an already beautiful piece. Don't over due it by any means we don't want you to come out looking like a old country western singer with no sense of fashion.
